I wanted to make this topic for some time now. I wanted to gather you guys thoughts about this. Now we have all heard the same ol same ol. Russo killed WCW. Cena sucks. Hogan is killing TNA. These things may all be true. But have you ever seen someone bash something, but you think there is absolutely nothing wrong with it?

I will contribute. Im talking about Orlando Jordan as a wrestler, not the bi sexual gimmick. People think he is such a bad wrestler, I really don't see it.

Goldberg is probably the only one I can think of. I could care less if he couldn't wrestle, he kept me entertained as a kid.
Oh yeah and Kane. Everyone wants him to retire even though he's used to help some of the younger talent get over. He's big, he's been in feuds with some of the E's past greats, he's a legit stepping stone yet people bash him because he's old.

Hey genius, this is WRESTLING DISCUSSION.
Back on topic, mostly anything involving TNA. People bash it just to bash it or cause it's the cool thing to do.

Or it sucks and people are completely disappointed in how awful it's been for the past 5 years and how many times they have missed the boat with people in favor of trying to recreate something that shouldn't be recreated. Especially fans like me who have seen TNA since it's inception and remember how good it used to be, how awesome the X division used to be and how its a joke now, how young talent used to be the focus of this group and now they take backseats to guys who are past their primes or have been in the E. I don't bash it without reason, and I certainly don't bash it to be "cool". It's garbage and I bash it because its so fucking disappointing considering the potential it once had. Potential that could have made them some sort of legit competition to the E and when there is competition the fans win because competition breeds creativity which creates quality. And also, I don't think as many people bash TNA to be "cool" as some people defend TNA and bash the E to be "cool".

Nothing, really. Arguments like "you're bashing it for the sake of bashing it" are built upon nothing but the inability to properly express your opinion. Therefore, it's easier to dismiss an opposite view by saying, "oh, you're just saying that because everybody else does," "oh, you're just a TNA fanboy," or "oh, you're just a WWE fanboy."
When people bash TNA, it's not to be cool. It's because TNA is fucking awful television. When people bash HHH, it's not to be cool. ).I'm not saying everyone bashes just to bash. I know there are people that legitimately hate the show, don't like the direction, etc. They give valid reasoning.
I'm talking about the one's that don't watch the show at all. The one's that prob haven't even made an attempt to watch the show in the last year or so. They just follow what others say. Then there are those that will bash TNA for something, and then the less than a week later, like on the next SD or Raw, they'll praise WWE for doing the same exact thing. Bashing just to bash.
You basically hit it on the head, I remember up until 2007ish I honestly preferred TNA to the WWE, I loved the direction they were taking with the X division and the "newer generation" of guys like AJ, Joe, Daniels,Abyss, Monty Brown etc. But over the last few years it seems like they have abandoned that philosophy for a "hey they drew in WWE/wCw/ECW so let's bring them in!" mentality, which Isn't so much a problem as for the most part forgetting what got you as far as you have gotten, being a wrestling heavy product to the WWE's more entertainment based product.
Yeah I also agree, I have to admit, I am not a big a fan of Kane as I used to be but he still has a place in the WWE, sure he isn't nearly what he was 4-5 years ago and his in-ring skills have suffered with him getting older but it isn't like he is shit in the ring. He can still play the big man role pretty damn well imo. Much like Taker he isn't going to be going anywhere for a few years, get over it.
I'm with you here. 4-6 years ago TNA was the hip choice and now it's trendy to lay verbal waste to them.
People bash the living SHIT out of Abe Wash. If anything bash the crowd for his segments. He has charisma and is very entertaining. YOU BASTARDS.
i thought abes show was pretty funny. haven't seen him wrestle but theres no reason to hate on him.
