I kept passing on him because he isn't an obvious fit with the rest of the company but a.) the roster is a melting pot now anyways and b.) at the end of the day he has some of the best entertainment and behind the scenes skills of anyone out there so fuck it

If TEW is a good simulator, then they should play their parts in match and show quality

They play a factor, I'm not sure how much. Obviously the negatives from overworking but their skills also effects how much they can work and outside of that I've seen penalties for bad reffing and I can't say for sure but I want to say something like "so and so's good reffing brought this match up slightly" it's minor tho either way

I think they might help keep matches together if they fall apart too, like you'll get less of a penalty bc the ref saved it
