They play a factor, I'm not sure how much. Obviously the negatives from overworking but their skills also effects how much they can work and outside of that I've seen penalties for bad reffing and I can't say for sure but I want to say something like "so and so's good reffing brought this match up slightly" it's minor tho either way

Yeah that's one feature both wrestling booking games have. It's why I make sure to always hire good refs and road agents. Cause they can improve matches

Yeah I guess I have two Dragon Lees alone as it is, with Dralistico. Plus I have Jake Lee. Then I got Jaida Parker and Jada Stone in the women's division, which is just a tongue twister as a whole with a bunch of phonetically similar names.
