I'm trying to imagine being in Russia and suddenly I can't get access to social media, there's hyperinflation, I can't buy video games and my credit card won't work. Meanwhile on the TV it's all "NOTHING IS WRONG. EVERYTHING IS FINE."

I'm trying to figure out how the hell Russia is going to be able to keep this war up. No PayPal, no Visa, no Mastercard and I believe no American Express as well. Visa has said that no transactions tied to Visa cards will be able to occur within Russia and no cards issued within Russia that are used out of the country will work.
