My only serious complaint with the house is that it costs 3 million. Doesn't even look big enough to cost that much, really. Unless all that fancy furniture comes with the house, I'm guessing the price tag has a lot to do with the rich area it's in.

Yeah I agree doesn't really look like it's worth 3 mill. Not a surprise though since a lot of things celebs overpay for don't in reality look all that great and come off as overpaying for it just because they can and got the money to blow.

Its location the reasoning for the price. And tbf once you earn as much as The Rock does, do you care how much a luxury house costs?! You want it. You have it.

From the outside the entire property looks massive. It would be in an exclusive area with high security so it would be worth the extra price tag to be away from prying eyes. House looks awesome and it is probably one of a few that he has. Seems to be doing very, very well for himself as an actor and part time wrestler.

That place looks to fancy, it doesn't seem to fit Rock. I wouldn't even live in that place for FREE unless the whole place got a Home Makeover or some shit, it would make me feel like the Queen of England.

It may seem too fancy for the person you know as the Rock, but it might be just what Dwayne Johnson wants. The same money that can buy the house can also decorate it to taste. The posted shots might just be realtor photos. Location location location. If he wants a different interior, all he needs is a good contractor. It's rare to find a house that is done up the WAY you want it WHERE you want it, in my opinion. Look at all the celebs that buy seemingly awesome houses and gut them. Money can do wonderful things.

It was reported earlier this week that The Rock bought a $3.5 million mansion last month located in Southwest Ranches, Florida.

In an interesting celebrity connection, The Rock's new mansion is being fixed up by rapper Vanilla Ice as part of his "Vanilla Ice Project" show on the DIY Network show, where he and his team renovate houses.

Wow perhaps he'll do a special guest spot on RAW with John Cena too. arty!:

It's a very nice place, not my style, though, a little too high brow, too classy for me.

I don't know why he'd buy a home in Florida, though, he's just gonna have to spend another 3 million to get a new one when their yearly hurricane levels it.

Looks nice and I see why he bought it the way it was now, considering Vanilla Ice is gonna do some stuff to it. I'd live there, no doubt about it, modern or old fashioned it would not matter. Though I wonder why he didn't pay more, he probs has it.
