Size means nothing now in WWE. Vince is gone and Hunter has shown with his booking he's doesn't need a Jacked Up Juiced up Bald headed guy Telling us to say or prayers and take our vitamin's. He's given a lot of smaller guys and ladies world Titles, Liv is a prime example. If a Vince was in charge she would of probably still been mid card, with Hunter in charge she's flourishing.

Roxanne will do just fine. She's a great worker and can do heel or face roles with ease. Which is very rare to do.
