I saw this and there were the most lukewarm takes about how Bianca is God's gift to wrestling or AEW women shouldn't bleed or something. So here's a left-field one. I think Midnight from WCW could have been hugely over if she'd gotten any training not from the Power Plant
I actually agree with you with you with the caveat that there’s nothing wrong with the power plant as the first step of your training. The problem is WCW didn’t have a middle step like the WWE did where they would send people after they trained to a developmental territory for a year or two. Near the end of 2000 they did finally make NWA Wildside their OVW equivalent, but we never got to see guys like Chris Harris, Christopher Daniels or AJ Styles shine in WCW following their runs in Wildside. Although, we see them in TNA later.
I’d also throw in Asya from the revolution as someone that could potentially have had a future with more training in developmental. Also, potentially Tygress from the Filthy Animals. Who was already getting over with her limited abilities.
