I've been sitting on this idea for a while so let's give it a try. We all come across websites through links & pure luck through our time on internet forums, and some of them end up bookmarked never to be looked at again.

So I had this idea: We not share the goldmines of info we come across and accumulate a thread full of helpful and interesting links to help each other in times of need such as hot debate, or just to widen your horizons a bit more?

Youtubes can be featured too, but not OMG THIS IS TEH LOLZ moments, more stuff from shoots and interviews that can help shine a light on past situations and the talent themselves. I'll provide my own stuff to begin with to give an example of what I mean.

Hayabusa's Biography. A definitive (and I mean that) look at the man's entire career. A lot to read here, everything from his debut to his post-injury life.

Dixie Carter's interview with the US government. This was when all the big figures in wrestling got interviewed post-Benoit in 2007/8. This is the entire transcript of the TNA president's interview (including the cringe-worthy "40 year old virgin" description of the TNA audience).

Meltzer's Montreal Article. Want to know the entire story? Here it is in full.

CM Punk's LiveJournal. Although I never got this fad myself, CM Punk regularly updated his between 2003-2005. An insight into pre WWE Punk. A highlight is his rant against Teddy Hart following the scramble cage incident.

Monday Night War Ratings. Debating the difference in ratings between WWF & WCW? Here you go!

Please add anything you find, and we can help each other become just that bit smarter :grouphug:

This isn't really to make you smarter, but its a really hysterical look back at some of the bad things TNA has done over the years. The best part about it is that it gives you hope for the future, since it can't get as bad as the past was...can it?

Obsessed is just a cheap knock off of the real OWW.

http://www.onlineworldofwrestling.com/

Online is ran by the guy who used to run Obsessed before he was forced out. As you can see, Online is maintained a lot better.

http://prowrestlinghistory.com/ - I mostly use this for quick and easy Coliseum Home Video match listings.

http://www.thehistoryofwwe.com/ - I literally go to this site a few times a day. It's easily the best place for your WWE, WCW or ECW needs. It really puts OWW to shame.

Fantastical site. Includes extensive match histories for all the wrestlers throughout history that are worth somethig, plus you can research cards, events held at whichever venue you choose to look up, as well as events held in certain cities. I find it to be extremely helpful, and it's not a pain to look at like a lot of wrestling resources.

Say you want to know what cards have ever occured at the SkyDome. Just seatch SkyDome, and it lists all the events in their database that occured there. This includes WrestleMania X8, the Sunday Night Heat before it, a Shotgun Saturday in 1999, a Monday Night Raw in 1999, a Monday Night Raw in 1997, and of course WrestleMania VI. It also includes all the reported attendances.

As far as I know though, the site doesn't feature any microindies. Anything lower than FIP, they don't bother keeping track of. Or so it would seem.

It's nothing like Wikipedia. Wikipedia doesn't show wrestler's entire match histories. If you serach Toronto on wikipedia it doesn't show you the wrrestling events that took place in Toronto. If you search SkyDome (or Rogers Centre as it's now called) on wikipedia, it makes no mention of the wrestling events, other than the WrestleManias.
