On RAW this past week they appeared on the WWE App and said that they wanted to further their singles careers. They then each had a singles match on RAW that night and neither were successful.

First of all please spare a thought for me as we may be losing another tag team.

Secondly if this split were to happen how do you see Darren Young and Titus O'Neill going on their own as singles wrestlers? Does either guy have the talent to make it on his own or will they quickly find themselves being future endeavoured? Would you keep them together as a team or would you rather see them break up?

Personally I would rather they remain as a team. However if they were to split I think that Titus O'Neill does have something about him that makes me think he can do well on his own. Nothing major but be able to keep a regular spot on tv as part of the midcard title scenes. He has a ton of charisma, can talk and has improved a lot in the ring since his debut. Darren Young on the other hand I don't hold out much hope for. I can't see him succeeding as a singles wrestler at all, his best option would be in another tag team. JTG is doing nothing and he was good in Cryme Tyme so why not throw them together and see what happens.

Fine by me. Let Titus drift down the card because he can't move without being awkward and D. Young can put on some decent-good matches on some jobber shows.

They can barely handle being a mediocre team and that is with them working their lame ass personalities together. They would be clueless alone right now but Titus might be fine if JBL keeps putting him over like he does.

I can see Darren Young coming out strong with the right gimmick behind him. Titus, while presenting himself nicely, is kind of a bore to me. But yeah definitely break up the PTP's, I mean I'm sure the Tag Team Division (8D) can live without them.

Fuck that noise, you don't break up a good dynamic like those two. These guys would be over by now if you just give Titus more mic time. Seems to me, judging from the majority of posts, that they don't know that Titus is the guy carrying the team. He is the man on the mic, he is the general of the team, he is David Robinson to Darren Youngs Tim Duncan. And I don't want to lose the "millions of dollars" pose.

If WWE were serious about looking for the next black star, why not these two? Sure they may be still green in the ring, but if you could make Ahmed Johnson a star, you can make anybody. Keep them a team, you don't need to break them up for them to reach main event levels, they should've learned from the Hardy's, you can successfully push one to mainevent without having them breakup and feud(don't bring up Hardy feud 09).

Young would be a solid worker for Main Event & Superstars, that's about it. Titus I just don't see anything, he's just a big goof and would probably equate to an ok'ish comedy heel along the lines of a Heath Slater.

Yeah just keep both together tbh. It makes 0 sense to break them up since neither would go on to do anything worthwhile after. At least as a team they are getting airtime

Titus could easily take the place of guys like Wade on the roster. And Young could be a face.

that said the team should be turned face. They could easily have had a gimmick like Tons of Funk and the Dactyls and made more out of it

I think Titus has potential as an undercard babyface. I'll keep saying it until someone agrees with me but Titus has this big, loveable, Shaquille O'Neal quality to him. A sort of comedic timing that makes him ideal for that sort of roll and audiences seem to like ridiculous dog shout. Darren Young I just wouldn't know what to do with but he's already a pretty natural fit with Titus. Don't know why the team should be split up just yet, I don't think they ever actually got their hands on the titles.

I wanna say that WWE were probably counting on Abraham getting them over then couldn't figure out what to do with PTP when they had to fire him.

The only gimmick I can see working for Young is stealing Cena's rapper gimmick and basically mocking Cena.

I would much rather see them remain as a tag team because there is so much more that they can do with them. WWE struggle so much with pushing tag teams these days especially when they don't involve two top singles wrestlers. I see no reason why they can't turn them face, they can become the popular African American faces that WWE are searching for. Wouldn't even have to change their gimmick that much, they can still be a cocky team but over with fans.

I can see the team working as faces not just Titus on his own. With The Shield and Wyatt Family both heel teams it could be the right time to turn them to see what they can do.

Yup. Break them up. This helps my "Wade Barrett Reforms the Nexus" Angle in my mind.

Yes, break them up so they try to get Titus to fill the shoes of Ezekiel Jackson, I mean, Big E. Langston.

Aaaannnnnnd...it will fail anyways.

Leave them as a tag team. It's important for them to remain together.

Not a great loss as a team IMO but then at least that way it papers over the cranks. Personally I don't see a big future for either in singles.
