Part of it is also the obsession people have with being able to say "I'm right and you're wrong" so all their friends say Trump is evil and a racist and your devil's advocates "well actually" themselves until they forget they're playing devil's advocate and just keep arguing until they die

Yeah part of it just has to do with people being able to say they went against the norm which is such a sad way to think.

The other part really does have to do with the make up of the voter base for Republicans. Overwhelmingly, the average voter for Republicans are white, rural, high school educated, heavily Christian, blue-collar workers who severely lack media literacy and critical thinking. Republican leadership knows this and manipulates this primary base because they know that riling them up with baseless talking points and anti-Democrat rhetoric will work.

Biden Will Allow Legal Permission to Lapse for Migrants From 4 Countries

The decision comes as political pressure mounts to cut down on programs that allow migrants to stay in the United States temporarily, even without a visa or green card.

The Biden administration said Friday it would allow the temporary legal permission for migrants from Cuba, Venezuela, Haiti, and Nicaragua to lapse, forcing hundreds of thousands of people to find other methods to stay in the country or face deportation.

The decision comes nearly two years after the Biden administration began a program allowing migrants from those four countries to apply to stay in the United States for two years, as long as they had a financial sponsor and passed background checks.

The program was designed to discourage people from sneaking into the country by giving them a legal way to enter the United States. Now, the administration said migrants cannot extend their stay under the program, according to an update on the Homeland Security Department’s website.

My nickname in high school/college was "Rhino"....I wasn't that big a guy. I fouled out in a big game with 5 charging calls and my coach called "half-blind, horny and stupid.....You aren't a damn rhino are you?!"

When I used it on forums everyone assumed I was a fan of the wrestler (who came way after I was christened with the handle) and I decided to switch it up.


My current favorite strain is "9 Pound Cherry"; a 9 Pound Hammer and Cherry Bomb hybrid. If you can find it, I can't give it a bigger thumbs up.

I currently live outside of Seattle.... I swear I can find damn near any strain on Earth.

I got out of the military six years ago and being able to be political, partake, not have to worry about height/weight standards and live in states that allow me to live how I'd like is pretty damn cool.
