Throughout this coverage they have they been using the term Oblast? I think this is the first I have seen someone in the news use that term, it is used correctly but I just never seen anyone use it

It depends on a lot of factors honestly.

Also, this means that Ukraine will eventually push Russia out since Kharkiv is one of the closest Oblast to Russia and all

Post Edit: Just a side note, if you are anti-war protestor in Russia, you can be detained/arrested and could be charged as a terrorist
