I'm only arguing on the side of what may or not be life, I don't personally want Roe v. Wade overturned.

My problem with this though is the person asking never actually cares about this exception.

I say this because most pro-lifers I've seen will concede on this one point if they other side will budge on abortions that don't include rape and they never do. So the rape thing is just a way, usually, not saying you, of vilifying the other side without really caring about this exemption.

My personal opinion is it would be really hard to prove as rape is hard to prosecute in general.

With me, it’s like this how I feel. I don’t like it, I think if you have sex and get pregnant you should surely keep it. You made the choice. But at the same time, I don’t believe in telling someone what to do with their own body. Like I know I wouldn’t want the government telling me what I can or can’t do.

I’m fine with a time limit being placed on it. That time limit is debatable tho. I personally ain’t sure what it should be, but if it takes you til near the end of the pregnancy to decide, that’s a bit long.

We been trying to get the Libertarian Party up and running. However, we selected one of the biggest idiots to run in our party. Didn't take long for the party to get infiltrated by corporate agendas.

I'd just make it so the woman had to file a police report and name an actual perpetrator with the police. She could then get an abortion.
I would then have a law that if proven to have lied about the rape, and I do mean proven, not lack of evidence to prosecute the rapist, she'd be charged with an illegal abortion and filing a false police report and maybe some charge for falsely accusing someone of felonious crime.

This is a bad idea, though. I don't think rape should ever be a way to get something legally.

I think the only times those ever happen is if theres some serious medical complications and its rather obvious the baby wont go to term and wil lcause serious health issues for the mother

yea id rather focus on getting better rape laws period but thats a whole other mess
