I'm only arguing on the side of what may or not be life, I don't personally want Roe v. Wade overturned.

My problem with this though is the person asking never actually cares about this exception.

I say this because most pro-lifers I've seen will concede on this one point if they other side will budge on abortions that don't include rape and they never do. So the rape thing is just a way, usually, not saying you, of vilifying the other side without really caring about this exemption.

My personal opinion is it would be really hard to prove as rape is hard to prosecute in general.

But also there's tons of women who are left alone, or simply live in absolute poverty and dont want to bring a child into that, many other reasons which, to me, are responsible decisions for them
