TBH there's not very many that the general US population knows about outside of the big ones: Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, the Roosevelts, JFK, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, W Bush, Obama, and the Fascist.

Had the most votes ever for a Democrat when he was the closest to beating Ted Cruz but lost, then lost to the transphobic governor a couple years later because he wasn't transphobic and that was what that race was all about. Not sure what he's doing now, I assume still a Texas congressman

If your response to ONE SIDE being criticize is "yeah but both sides" that just sounds like you're cool with both sides and telling us we can't criticize anything happening right now if someone else did it years earlier

Nope. You'll never catch me defending any politicians because I think they're all shit across the board. None of them give a flying fuck about you, me, or any of the commoners, and anyone who thinks they do is either fooling themselves to try to feel like they matter to their leaders or they've just really put their trust in these people who wouldn't bother to piss on you if you were on fire.

He can't win Texas anymore. His window was 2018 before the state went full transphobic. Now all the Republicans win on that platform, it's the new abortion issue that people can't budge on no matter how much they disagree with other policies
