too lazy to find sources on the few things it was, but from what I've seen a lot of her/biden are making center right policy moves atm. If she sticks to Abortion rights for social issues on the campaign, I think she will be fine.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I’ve been saying. As long as she can maintain a plausible deniability with libertarians, center-right independents and conservatives who don’t like Trump she’s got this in the bag.

And if Kamala stays ahead she can control the narrative and when and where she wants to debate. She doesn't need to risk anything while in the lead. Same as Trump did not bother to debate while he was ahead on Joe. Now Trump has to look like he wants to debate and fight...and risk getting his ass kicked because he can't really demand favorable coverage

yeah they kind of took away his main weapon which was that Biden was old and incompetent for office - he didn't have to talk policy or anything. Just say "look at this old fucking guy he is old as fuck lol" and Biden had 0 defense vs that. Kind of blew up their entire platform tbh

Yeah, unfortunately the FOX debate is before the ABC one so if Kamala (hopefully) doesn't show up to the Fox News one, Trump will just claim Kamala is a coward and refuse to go to the other debates.

Exactly. That’s like the number one thing his followers typically take pride in him is that he’s the debate slayer so Trump has to agree to this debate, and he hast to do well or it’s gonna rock the confidence in him tremendously.
