I’m sure a provision could be added that could eliminate something innocent like this. Cause all you’d have to say is he’s got two parents who love each other and they adopted him or what have you and they’re just a loving family and that you could just leave it at that. I think this is for teachers out there trying make sexed part of their curriculum when they don’t teach that subject.

I’d also be against teaching religion to kids in classrooms where that wasn’t in their subject. …especially if it’s supposed be teaching science.

It was never "officially" taught, evolution was the curriculum, it was just very begrudgingly covered with a lot of "now I don't know about this" lol and I don't think you could rightfully make a bill to ban religion talk in classrooms if it's already not officially covered bc conversations will come up and I think the teacher should be allowed to respond...some just respond terribly

But on the subject of batshit teachers the funniest was actually when I was in college with a teacher that only taught a year before she was fired and she covered "ethics" yet didn't understand any of the theories and just thought if it was illegal it was unethical and if it was legal it was ethical lol when we brought up how laws change over time her mind went on the fritz
