And I have changed positions on this entire war thing.
My original position was to not get involved because of the threat of nuclear war.
And then I thought: nuclear war is scary because we don't want to die. Innocent Ukrainian civilians are dying, including a maternity hospital that was bombed not long ago.
Is my life being destroyed by a nuclear weapon any worse then what they are going through? I just don't think it is.
It is time to remember JFK during the Cuban Missile Crisis and call that guy's bluff. If we cannot risk our own lives to save the lives of innocent people, we're not really worth very much.
