Right now the only thing that could end this in a good way is a coup. And I know that most Russians in government are loyal to Putin, but he is killing Russia. A coup and a withdrawal is what is needed.

So then help me understand. If they want Ukraine and they get Ukraine but it's a war-torn nation with no economic benefit whatsoever and you will need funds to rebuild it how will you get the money? You can't rely on your own country because you ran that into the ground. So is China just going to be supporting four different countries (Russia, North Korea, Ukraine, their own)?
