But we aren’t talking about this because “social media” tells us to. It’s because like it or not, he still was in the wrong for some shit. If his ass ain’t out there, with a gun he’s not older enough to legally have, none of it happens. If you go some place you KNOW trouble is going to be, and trouble happens, you need to take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for that. It be like me going some place I knew hated Americans, and if they attack me, I can’t be like “oh well golly jeeze I didn’t know THAT would happen.” The people shouldn’t have attacked him, they shouldn’t be burning shit down, they was in the wrong for all their shit. But he didn’t need to try and play hero.

Didn't you and I already come to that conclusion a year ago.... I could have swore we agreed on that a few pages back.

I haven't seen it on Facebook or YouTube. Haven't seen it on the other two forums that I still haven't been perma banned from either.

I love it when you guys say "Whataboutism". The words of the Blue Haired Whales, that I see get owned in community pages all the time.

we probably did. I just was more saying that’s it isn’t anything at all to do with social media why we’re talking about it. Maybe it’s part of why we know about it, but surely not why it has me personally upset about it all.

I’ll admit I not seen much about it. But I do not really use much social media anymore and haven’t for awhile unless it’s wrestling related. Hell this Kyle shit I not even really seen on my timeline til I saw someone retweet the one tweet. Guess I just follow the right people or wrong people whatever way you wanna look at it. Only ever saw Kyle mentioned on my Facebook, and with him it was mainly people defending him, and nothing more.

I have zero desire to really get into it much, but I’ve seen the Ahmaud case mentioned once or twice on social media in the last last two weeks, but seen something about Kyle Rittenhouse every five minutes.

That being said, I hope they get the book. And I don’t think anyone really disagrees with that sentiment.

I mostly remember it being very publicized once the video first came out and then I'll agree it's died down once the legal proceedings actually started. Which it felt like happened for the Rittenhouse thing too to me, I didn't actually hear about how that trial was going into like a day before the ruling but apparently I'm in the minority there
