Needs a little black IMO, so it doesn't look like an Anime Logo.

Black is more of crutch than anything if I'm being honest. I put three things into account when I chose to not use black.

1. It doesn't go well with the forums colour scheme (black on dark grey, while visible, doesn't look very good at all)

2. It doesn't really fit the logo that much.

3. Most wrestling logos don't have black in them nowadays. Raw's logo doesn't have any, Smackdowns logo doesn't have any.

Well, I agree with point number one but I think maybe a touch of black or dark grey as an outline would look good to rebuttal on point 2, and for point 3, we shouldn't want to be the same as other wrestling shows, and if having black in our logo makes us different then that should be a positive.
