That would a good rule for people who just weren't showing up. Apex though just needs time to find people he wants.

Plus 25% of the feds are probably going to quit after the mandatory five weeks are up so their rosters will be back on the market.

That's what I had in mind, people who weren't showing up and making an effort. Apex has been active in this, I really had Citan in mind for that rule. But, I do see Booty's point in that it wasn't stated prior to the start and wouldn't be fair. There could always be extenuating circumstances that we don't know about as well. Next time I will think it through before I type lol.
