Baker Mayfield was pretty obviously just not a fit in Carolina, and his QBR is very misleading considering the offensive line sucks, the defense sucks, and outside of DJ Moore, the receivers suck.

Mayfield was not being allowed to play to his strengths and he's still a year off from a major arm injury (of which him playing through likely aggravated and worsened his condition). Baker will be fine, he'll find somewhere else to work.

I think Carolina isn't a bad team but I mean Marshall Jr. has played well I put more blame on Wilks & Rhule more than anything
