Yeah Runyan would do those dirty tactics from time to time and he's still one the best OL we had with the Eagles. That was a normal play during that era of players to protect your Teammates without a second though. Lawrence needs to learn like Tua needs to learn how to protect yourself when you want to run. Does anyone remember the big hit Flacco took Years ago when he was with the Ravens still by Alonso? Now that felt intentional to put Flacco out of the Game
