I think 2024 is do or die for him. The team is pretty undisciplined. He preaches this "All Gas No Brake" mindset but it leads to tons of penalties. Also leads to a typically awesome D. I wonder if he's almost losing the locker room though.


Joe Douglas gets at least 1 more year. He screwed the O Line up (Big free agents and 1st round picks playing like crap), the Wilson thing is what it is, and he really fucked up the whole backup QB thing. But that 2022 Draft class is an all timer, and he's been killer on the waiver wire.

Jets gonna draft an O-Lineman this year hopefully Round 1 with Rodgers.
