This is McDermott last lifeline hate to say it. I love him for what he did for buffalo but, there are major concerns and complacency can turn you into Marvin Lewis.

McDermott major problems:
3 OC in his tenure (one was out of his control)
The split between Leslie & The Bills
The constant misses of 1st rd picks
The inability to close out some games (Andy Reid coaching tree)
The decision to make yourself a DC when your the HC of the team
