Anytime I see DUI I think of the possibility of my Father and I nearly getting killed by a 90 plus year old lady under the influence of Medicine and Alcohol in 2011. I wonder if this is his first time with a DUI the punishment might be less severe vs a person who's had a history with it. I can totally see a Judge saying you know better and you play in the NFL and give him at least a Year in Prison just like that. I can see a Judge giving him no Prison time and 4 or 5 Years of Probation so it's going to be interesting what happens with him going forward.
