Awesome for North Wilkesboro! Plus it's a nice change from Texas and Charlotte. NASCAR probably watched closely how much attendance the recent racing at the track got, influencing this decision. Now that track will get some more improvements for sure. Really cool to see it come back to life. Like Dale Jr. said recently, it all started just from him wanting the track scanned for iracing. lol

And how poetic is it, the track originally lost its date for Texas, and now Texas loses the All Star Race to it. Full circle.

It would be huge news for RCR especially. Losing Reddick after next year (or maybe sooner if KB is joining). RCR needs a Kyle Busch. A veteran thats proven to be good on the track. Austin Dillon is decent on the track but he doesn't have the success like the others. It is still weird to think that Kyle Busch could join RCR... but sometimes the need outweighs the other things. Kyle Busch and Austin Dillon teammates... that would be so weird.

Kyle said in an interview that his truck teams are part why this has been difficult for him...because it impacts what he is doing there also.
