Hailie Deegan to ThorSport in the Truck Series, ThorSport changing manufacturers for the 20th time (exaggerated) to Ford.

Good news for Ford. Plus I do think that ThorSport is a step up from her DGR ride. Hopefully 2023 will be better for her than 2022 was.

It's 2023, getting closer to the Busch Light Clash...which they have been working on at the coliseum. Nearly a month away.

Was looking through the silly season stuff and found a few things that I didn't know.

Parker Kligerman has a full time Xfinity Series ride for this year in the Xfinity Series for Big Machine Racing, No. 48. Probably not a great ride but at least it's something I guess.

Brett Moffitt joins AM Racing for a full time Xfinity Series ride. AM Racing switching to Ford with an SHR alliance. Really hope that 2023 is good for him. Sometimes I do wonder how much his injury a few years ago has hurt his performance.

This is a bit of a surprise considering how involved Vince Welch seemingly was. It seems like every year now one of the old veterans of pit road reporters or whoever on TV for the NASCAR races is let go. Jamie Little I am guessing is going to fill his spot on commentary for the truck series races.

I even noticed when Kelli Stavast disappeared last year during the NBC broadcasts, which the speculation is that after how the "Lets go Brandon" thing started with her first saying it she didn't want to be involved as a pit reporter anymore.

Petty GMS is now Legacy Motor Club. Jimmie Johnson's car number will be 84 and Carvana will sponsor him for the Daytona 500.

Sad that this will be Harvicks last year. I had a feeling that it would be though. Haven't really ever been a huge fan of the guy. Have flip flopped on liking and disliking him but I do respect his talent. It wont be the same without him in the races, that's for sure.

End of the 2021 season really had me pissed at the guy with all the stuff with Chase. I got over it by start of the 2022 season. Definitely will be weird once he’s gone. Been watching him over half of my life, just wild to think about.

I don’t do Twitter so I didn’t even click to read the comments, but Edwards would be a solid choice. It could also in theory be Kurt just running one more race I guess.
