I'm disappointed for the way Bama played yesterday against Tennessee. The efficiency on offense was terrible, both the offensive line and Milroe's performance, which was average at best. He didn't look like a Heisman candidate and he kept throwing the ball, going 25 for 45, 239 yards, a touchdown and two picks, especially the game-losing one. The offensive coordinator should've mixed it up a little by trying to let Haynes or Miller to run the ball more to throw Tennessee's defense off-guard. I thought Bama's defense did a fantastic job in the first half by not giving up any points. In the second half, they suddenly let off the gas and gave the offense some breathing room, giving up 24 points. That's pathetic.
Yes, this is a rebuilding season. I've never expected to see Bama to be an great team from the get-go when DeBoer was hired. I don't want him fired for this season as it's pretty ridiculous for our fans if they think that way. I'm trying to be patient with my team as we went through this before in Saban's first season. It's been a rocky season thus far, but I really do hope it doesn't end in a disastrous way when it's all said and done.
