Florida is a run-first team. I know the most about them because they're my favorite team. However, you should probably temper your expectations a bit, as 10-yard runs are hardly the norm. Florida is currenrtly a run-first team because we have a QB who couldn't throw a ball into water if he was standing on a damn boat lol. Alabama has been running the ball really well this year, as well. Their offense changes a lot year to year. That's something you will notice in college football more than pro, as college has a constatnt rotation of guys graduating, getting drafted to the NFL, transferring, etc.. A team who runs the ball a lot this year, may go to a more pass-heavy style next year based on the roster makeup.

Kentucky has been throwing the ball a lot this season, primarily because their starting RB has been suspended for a DUI. Not sure what that offense is gonna look like when he comes back in a couple weeks.

Teams that are in the Big 12 and the Pac 12 generally throw a lot. It's considered a "run and gun" or "air raid" offense. Ohio State (Big 10 Conference) is also currently pass heavy, as they have been getting some of the best wide receivers in the country.
Guess, I should have worded that a bit different, but i know not every run will get 10+ yards. I was just trying to say when it does happen, I enjoy that more than like 40+ yard pass, if that makes sense. So, I should be looking more into run-first teams, so thank you for that, and thanks for mentioning the certain conferences that tend to pass more often then run.

I'll check out Florida for sure since you mentioned them being that and Alabama, though from I what have seen they are pretty much public enemy number one. So this maybe the last question I ask for a while since I dont want to bother you too much and all.

If you wanna see a team who scores a lot, but doesn’t get scored on a lot :rippedcal Check out Georgia.

So far. 130 points scored and only had 10 scored on them. Would be 3 :hayden3 but they put in the backups at the end of the last game because they were up so much.

You're not bothering me at all! I could talk football (especially college) all day.
Bama is public enemy #1 because they've been so good for so long. Hating on them is the "cool" thing to do.

Yeah, I have kind of come to understand that. The next teams I have seen like is Georgia, Clemson, Ohio State, and a few more whose names slip my mind.

Those have more or less been the powerhouses of the last decade I'd say

Yea, Georgia is the defending National Champion. Their defense is scary good (as a Gators fan, saying anything good about UGA makes me want to bleach my own mouth).

Ohio State is the perennial powerhouse of the Big 10. They've been really good for the better part of the last 10-12 years.

Clemson had an incredible run, but they have come back to earth in the last couple years. Still a great squad. They're almost a lock to win the conference they're in most seasons because it's so bad.

You're good Deth.

IMO, Alabama's public enemy number two behind Georgia, which they are the team to beat. This is coming from a Bama fan btw. Georgia's head and toes on both offense and defense, their efficiency on offense has been extremely consistent.

Bama played a horrendous game against Texas, mainly thanks to the the fifteen penalties and a lack of an explosive offense. Not once until the very end Bryce Young threw the ball deep to the wide receivers. That was a sloppy 20-19 win, and if it wasn't for their kicker Will Reichard, they would have lost. I can see the team get better down the road.

As a Florida fan, there is no way we should be 20. I knew we were overhyped coming out of the Utah game. Hell, our QB has more tackles than touchdowns...

How are the polls done?

Probably better than I could explain myself but feel free to ask for clarification.

The only poll that actually matters technically is the playoff committee one but they don't release that until closer to the end of the season and whoever is I'm the top 4 at the end of the regular season move onto the playoffs

Only American could make a simple game a bit more complex, lol, especially since I have realized American Football is based on/a cousin to Rugby

College itself is so annoying bc of all the politics involved inside and between the conferences lol plus having to comply with actual student athlete rules while being as profitable as it is, it's just a mess.

On-field football usually entertaining af tho

I know a lot has changed now but I tutored athletes in college and holy fuck the huge book of NCAA rules I had to make sure I didn't break was so stupid:lol I was told as an example that if someone i was tutoring asked for a ride afterwards bc let's say hypothetically we lived at the same apartment complex, I couldn't give him one bc it could be viewed as "a benefit given due to his status as an athlete"
