I think Caleb Williams will win it because of his stats.

He's thrown 4,075 yards, 47 total touchdown (37 passing 10 rushing) and 4 interceptions, and led USC to a 11-2 record.

Caleb Williams winning the Heisman makes it the third Heisman winner Lincoln Riley has coached (The two others were Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray). An amazing feat by him.
