6-3 lost. But it’s game 1. Can’t win them all.

I'm not even that bothered. The Reds were hitting the ball with an exit velocity under 60 mph and just hitting it where we weren't and we were averaging like mid-90's exit velo and hitting it right at them until Riley's HR. Not to mention Fried was so close to getting out of that inning like three times and the Reds just kept getting lucky and then the relief pitcher finally gave up the HR. Other than that our bullpen did great and we didn't really use any big guns. On to the next one...

Pretty much. Without that 3 run homer that was given up, who knows what happens once we get to extra innings. Tonight will go much better.

I didn't get to see my Phils take on the A's Live but after seeing the Game after work really impressed with our Offense. I think legit the Phillies could break RBI and Home Run Records for the franchise. No lead is safe if you have a lead on the Phils I can say that pretty confidently. The A's made it a Game making me needing to see the Bullpen in action. The Phillies were in the Top 10 worse ERA when it comes to their Bullpen and blew the Most Saves last Season so if the Bullpen can just be average the Phils will be a dangerous team this Season.
