Matt Morgan, I don't know how many times I have to mention his name. He's got the size, can actually fucking wrestle and not plod around the ring like Big Show, Khali etc, can talk and is a good looking dude.

I'd love to see Kofi pushed into the main event as the highflying, energetic legitimate underdog.

I could never see Morgan being the face of a company mainly because he lacks that level of charisma. He's an excellent "specimen" which is always the most accurate description I hear of him because he has the look, the voice, and he's a decent wrestler. However, he lacks "it" which is always the intangible that separates the Bret's and Shawn's from the Austin's and Rock's (as deezy very accurately put it). I could see Morgan being one of the top 10 wrestlers of the decade is WWE really committed to him, above-average drawing ability, maybe even on Batista's level, but likely not the most important wrestler in the promotion.

Another guy I could see having a very successful run for a short period of time, kind of like Eddie or Benoit, is Kofi Kingston. I doubt it could last long, but he's definitely the type of character I could see (and seriously hope to see) having an emotional Wrestlemania moment one day.

Yeah I meant him as a top face, not the top face because in all honesty I don't think I could point anyone out from the WWE or TNA who could be THE face tbh.

When I look at the current roster that we have right now I can't help but feel how weak it actually is. Sure there are some great promising talent in the roster however what they lack is the IT factor that the top faces like HBK, Hogan, SCSA and like Cena had at a time.

In terms of the baby face I really think that Tyson Kidd had all of the factors but still WWE ridiculously refuse to give him a well deserved push which would benefit all Austin Aries could also be turned into the baby face if he made the jump from TNA. For face of the company I'm not really too sure at the moment, Cody Rhodes is one that springs to mind but I have to be very optimistic.

I love Aries but I'm not sure he could be that top guy in the E. He can be in TNA though.

I gotta go with Sheamus on this one, despite his haters, the guy is quite impressive in the ring and the fans love him (most of them). He has great promos, great ability, the crowd loves him and he looks good with a championship belt so to me, that's plenty enough reasons for Sheamus to be the next top face in the WWE.

The Miz on the otherhand, if he was made a Face, yes, he would be a good one in some way but I just don't think the guy could be a top WWE Face, not sold on that.

The Next Face of WWE ??

Cena is now on a downfall , he had his days but they are over now . As WWE is a business and the wrestlers are its products ,In business , every product have a life cycle . The first stage is development , then Introduction , Growth , maturity and Decline . Mr Cena is now on the end of maturity or should i say begining of decline which mean WWE must put several products/wrestlers in the Introduction or Growth stage to try and see which product/wrestler becomes successfull thus becoming the Next Face of company . now lets see the potential guys .

[/B]CM Punk[/B] : This is the name which comes to mind directly . Phillip brooks is currently now in the middle of Growth stage . He is gaining fans , doing interviews , TV shows and is getting in media to become known to people outside of WWE "Universe" . He got all the skills to be the "Guy" but what may stop him from becoming is his Age . Now this may not look a big issue but he is 33 years old and untill cena steps down the throne , he will even get older .

Chances of becoming : 8.5/10

Daniel Bryan : Another Guy with all the tools who can be a great face of company , atleast in my view . He doesnt drinks , smkoes and is a Vegan . WHich will generate a lot of positive media coverage . But the problem is his size and he doesnot have a "Superstar , bodybuilder " look . So i dont think he'll be the Poster boy for WWE but currently Bryan is at the begining of Growth Stage which means there is chance , you never know .

Chances of becoming :7.25/10

The Miz : Miz have a Superstar look , can speak , do interviews but he lacks the "IT" factor which bryan and punk have and i may be baised here because i dont like him . Also Miz is okay in ring not something i appreciate . To be the face , you atleast must have the ability to give a good match when needed . Like Cena can perform and give good matches when needed .

Chances of becoming : 5.5/10

Dolph Ziggler A hard Worker but he is not that type of guy who can become the poster boy of the company . Ziggler is a great wrestler but on mic , he is not someone who people may look forward to listen to .

Chances of becoming : 4/10

Wade barret : The 31 year old bare knuckle fighter got all the tools but is at the begining of Growth stage , so its early to say . But one thing is i cant see a british guy face of an wwe ,which has audience largely from US . but again this is my opinion and i could be wrong .

Chances of becoming : 7.25/10

Sheamus : Sheamus is another top candidate for the throne but lets face it he is bad on mic and bland as a face . This is my opinion and probably many of you wont agree . The great white is probably is the middle of growth stage which means there is chance .

Chances of becoming : 6.5/10

Cody Rodhes : Young 3rd generation superstar , who has a lot of potential but it may be a bit early to decide whether he can become the top guy pr not .

Chances of becoming : 4.5/10

Alberto del rio : Same as Barret , i dont see a mexican guy becoming the face of WWE . Can be a main event player but face ?? nah

Chances of becoming : 3/10

Dean ambrose : Shocker isn't it ? . Chances are slim but you never know . Ambrose can speak , wrestle and is charismatic . Who knows , maybe vince may give him a mostrous push and he becomes the next big thing .

Chances of becoming : 3/10

Kofi Kingston : He chances of becoming a main eveter are in jeopardy let alone becoming the face of company . But maybe in future , you can never say never but as of right now chances are low .

Chances of becoming :2/10

Jack Swagger : Why did i even wrote his name ? A big fat zero on mic , good in ring and no charisma .

Chances of becoming : 0.0001/10
