So I know this is not gonna make a lot of people happy, but I won't be awake for the end of day if it goes to no lynch, so I'm extending day until 9:30 EST. Vote Count will be made as soon as I get home.

I'm pretty happy with the Mitch direction. Between the VT claim, the fact that he just happens to suss the two other guys that have been on the chopping block (Haza and Brutus). Not gonna vote Mitch yet though as I don't know where the lynch is and I don't want to be the unknown hammer if we aren't yet agreed on that direction.

Also not a fan of these posts - would look like filler at the best of times, but with the focus having been on him, they look even worse.

Funny story the vig in that thread who's banned was banned because he pretended to be his "brother" and both of them played mafia

He kept up the charade for years, he even had BTBs with both alts

Having read through the Haza/Magic stuff it feels like a town/town scenario. It really wouldn't pay for Haza to pull more attention to himself with these long multi-quote posts he's been making, and Magic hasn't really given me much to think he's non-town.

Brutus is probably town too because his maf teammates would have presumably told him to stop making stupid cutesy posts and post reactions.

Jeff and Odo both feel fine too.

Keeping an eye on Sky who has made a number of fluff posts recently which implies she's probably lurking without wanting to contribute. Minor lean for now but a lean nonetheless.

No significant reads on anyone else. And with that I'm off to bed. It's 2:20am now and I need to be up before 7am so I will be around well before the end of day so no stress re: my vote.

Think I'm pretty fine with Hazas play now and I think lynching Mitch, even if he doesn't flip scum (which I'd say is about 50/50 rn) is a good play froma risk/reward perspective.

it's possible yes, Haza did seem to mostly ignore the Brutus sussing for most of the beginning of the phase and focuses on harping on Mitch, which he literally ended up going nowhere with. As town, I've seen him put votes down for his own scum reads (like odo in one of the first games iirc) once he's suss of someone.

I'm not even sure he's put a vote down since either, or really tried to make a strong scum read unless I missed it?

I don't like this whole interaction from Jeffa. He early days his haza push was mostly bait, then backtracked a bit when asked, and since then has continued to push haza as scum with no difference to how he's been all game.

Why claim it was WIFOM bait when it wasn't? Because it wasn't gaining as much traction as you wanted? Don't like it tbh

Does everyone think the entire scum QT thought Mitch claiming VT was a good idea?

It's not something I'd make a read off tbh, a few possibilities, such as yes his team did, two his team didn't really have a view in it, three most of his team wasn't around etc.


I also don't like Brutus' posts from since I posted last. I've noted that he pretty much made jokey posts 100% of the time, didn't really bother to defend himself and pretty much just let magic do it for him.

Not gonna lie, I overreacted to the wagon but your reasoning kinda made more upset because of how ridiculous it was. Instead of voting me you voted Haza which I like which means you weren’t sheeping. Obviously it could all change so.

You alluded to Sky flip flopping a lot, you've got one example of her swapping, that sounds fairly standard, how does that register as flipping?

i was gonna go for you until i caught up more and then you started sounding more like yourself and i was like good. those directions still seem like shit to me.

how is might be too jokey wishy washy? when people get pressured they have certain reactions they typically have. being jokey is often not one of them as if they can't sell themselves well they'll be lynched. scum have teammates that they know and thus they want to survive for so they often avoid going down the route that makes them look worse so being as carefree as brutus was being regarding the amount of pressure on him seemed more of a town response.

how doesn't that make sense? sky often defends her teammates from other people and doesn't want wagons popping up on them so she will defend them out of instinct. that's what i saw in regards to sky's reaction to my questioning of jeff, but then their later interaction where sky was talking about jeff's confidence in his reads kinda changed that.

Check last game, Brutus we pushed and mislynched as town and tried to actively defend himself, which he's not doing here. The jokey defence doesn't sit well

Not sure what the point of calling out you doing nothing is? Feel like the point is pretty clear. Whether or not magic had any large effect is irrelevant, as you made these posts during his defence of you before any discernable difference could be made
