Does everyone think the entire scum QT thought Mitch claiming VT was a good idea?

Really just depends on who is on the scum team. It’s not out of the realm of possibility.

Grims last game on WF had at least 3 VTs, I could see this game having a couple as well but claiming it doesn't inspire much confidence tbh. With Brutus asking people about that claim I'd say the two aren't knowingly aligned.
it is brutus but what im saying is basic thought.

if youre town and people are pressuring you you are more likely to look into why people are suspecting you and probably vote there, right? ya it's OMGUS, but it's how your mind works because you know your alignment and you think "this person is trying to make me look bad and get mislynched, they're probably scum"

if you're scum you go for a move that is more likely to help you get by or at least help your team. his does neither. it is brutus but what im saying is common sense and i know brutus has common sense.

do you think it's impossible all the wagons could be wrong? cause that's what day 1 is, right? people make weaker mistakes and get attacked for it, yet it's more likely the town players(not always, mind you, but when it's a bunch of different people coming at them rather than one person strongly coming at them and getting sheeped) that get picked out opposed to scum as scum have teammates.
I OMGUS as either alignment a lot myself when I think people are pushing me for reasons that make no sense. The thing here is that my reasons for pushing Brutus seem to have convinced a number of people to some degree so you can hardly say that my sussing him makes so little sense that it's OMGUSable.

The thing I think could be the case here is that Brutus simply had to find his footing because I went at him hard and early and - as evidenced by last game - he's not the greatest at defending himself when people push him. The issue there is that this is true as either alignment.

I don't think it's impossible, but rather unlikely that all the wagons we got going are town. These reasons for sussing people don't just manifest out of thin air. Hard to tell without a flip, and I'd say Brutus or Mitch flipping today would give us good info to work with.

I'm not a fan of you trying to sour us on pretty much every direction we currently have available, if you're gonna do that I expect you to come up with better directions for us to examine.

If you think it's possible, why then no confidence?

IDK I think most people in this game would have told him to go big.

i mean your reasoning was my reasoning.

he came in awkward and didnt vote a joke vote which was weird and then you built from that.

reasons dont manifest out of thin air, but wagons on town typically do whereas wagons on scum are harder to come by because of teammates. do you disagree?

if i dont give you a better alternative direction what will you do, push me? what would be the point of souring all the directions without giving my own?

Can someone clarify what OMGUS means for me? I figured out POE and WIFOM, but can't piece that one together.

And you've kind of proven my point, when you have a scum read, you push hard and go somewhere with it and back it up with a vote. you didn't do this with Shawn. That was my point.

I didn't push anything hard though. So if your point is that I pushed hard but didn't back it up with a vote then that again is just false information. Or are you more concerned that I didn't push hard? I've already given you the reasons for that so perhaps you just don't agree with the reasons.

oh my god you suck is when you vote someone for voting you essentially. that is the actual definition but people use it too broadly to just mean voting someone back for voting you.

actual OMGUS: "this person voted me so ima voted them"
how people use it: "i was expecting them and now they're suspecting me for suspecting them even tho they've given points in their defense as to why i might be scum pushing them"

I’m good at defending myself, Tweet. I’ll denounce that point. If Mitch flips town, I think Haza is scum. If Mitch flips scum, I think Haza is town. Worth it to be honest.

If you want to lynch Haza then whatever, I won’t stop you.

I wish :mjcry

You can chalk it up to bias if you want, and you can push him off it if you like, but I don't see the scum motivation of any of it. Disappearing when you're scum under pressure is quite legitimately never a good idea, and based off last game I don't think he's one to do it.

Yeah, it's out on PC no matter where you are though
this is good

Is it out of the realm of possibility that the people in this game would expect that and therefore would have gone the other way and told him to claim VT because it would be so unbelievably believable? (and safe)

So you are denying spending a good portion of the first few hours of the game asking him questions that didn't really go nowhere? I multiquoted all of it for you.
