It wasn't because he wasn't on for one night... he never contributed much activity to the sections he moderated. Except maybe a one liner if that, plus those one liner's lacked any effort (grammar, spelling, logic). So considering he didn't do anything as a moderator there is no point in him having the title.

Explain to us why you should be moderator and some proof of contributions to the sections you moderated.

Not really. This place is fairly dead besides HIAT so modding other sections would be pointless and I would rather not mod HIAT and sift through this shit. I much like my legend status. The green is too dark for my liking.
