Re: The Following

We need to bring this thread back.

This week's episode was AWESOME! I enjoyed all of it, probably my favorite episode in a month or two.

Re: The Following

I popped huge when Joe came out of the dark in that room and made Ryan tell him about his dad, and the ending with the GOAT Roderick.

Re: The Following

Yeah Roderick is easily my favorite character right now. I love that the Joe/Ryan confrontations are so rare, that way when they happen they really make you say "Oh shit!"

Re: The Following

Waiting for Roderick to go heel...er. Ryans killing that dude was wow. Was really hoping Ashmore would go full psycho. Now I doubt this will happen I just don't see it but Ryan meets all the criteria of being a member and he's been fucked with as much as anyone how amazing would it be for him to eventually turn and then bring in a new star to help chase him and joe down.

Re: The Following

I'm fully expecting Joe to kill Roderick soon and "HOLY SHIT" I didn't even mention Mike being a BADASS when they went to that house.

Re: The Following

A Ryan turn would be the greatest thing ever, but I can't see it at all. Mike turning is very possible though, could see them saving that for the Season finale, but I think they should build on him gradually growing psycho more than these last three episodes before a turn, so hopefully it'll happen in the second season at some point.

I think they should have him grow more and more unstable and have him take over when they finally capture Joe again. Great thing about his character is that he has managed these escapes so even if they do catch him he can just break out again.

Re: The Following

Mike would definitely be my favorite character if it wasn't for Roderick's AWESOMENESS lately. Another one that I'm liking more and more is that fake gay, Jacob.

Re: The Following

I could see him branching out on his own to either killing Claire or his ex or just getting kicked out for other reasons. They really need to have someone split from the main pack I think

Re: The Following

Yeah, a heel turn seems to be too easy, I'd much rather see a face turn by one of Joe's guys. Would be harder to pull off, but the payoff would be great because obviously there would be a huge lack of trust between the defector and the FBI or whatever. Would almost be a Benedict Arnold type of thing where no one would really want him after he stabs one side in the back.

Actually I forget who it was, it may have been Rodderick when he was talking to claire or maybe the militia guy but I swear someone was going to claim to be undercover at some point.

What the hell was with that shitty ending. With all the wheres the body I'm expecting Joe to end up in a chucky doll.

I agree, the fucking finale was horribly predictable. There's no way in hell that Joe can be dead after all these episodes, then he dies in a little 2 minute explosion scene? I call bullshit. When Joe "died" I knew straight away it was going to end with Molly stabbing at least one of them given the promise she had made to her.

I guess it's a nice setup for Series 2, but a lame way to finish the first.
