Whitechapel's early stuff, Carnifex, one As Blood Runs Black album, and Thy Art Is Murder are about as far as I go into deathcore

Suicide Silence was the big deathcore band for a while, was never a fan

After their first singer died they got a new guy who is alright

Still has those really shrieky high vocals but they're a bit more bearable

But yeah, that's just totally a dick move. He had a wife and a daughter, I can't imagine how it would feel to be told that your husband/father deserved to die because of the music he played
