It's weird how half the Internet seems to believe that the Algerian boxer is trans but there are pictures of her as a little girl.

It is sad that the answer is pretty easy. She is from a Sunni Islam dominated country where being LGBTQ is illegal. Does anyone think she seriously got to transition in Algeria?

I somehow forgot to mention Yusuf Dikec, who is an internet sensation for how he performed in the 10m air pistol mixed team event. I admit it, I'm a fan of this. I've watched this performance numerous times. I've read the hilarious and creative comments on YT He showed how badass he was putting his left hand in his pocket, and the air pistol on the right, with no special equipment and showed no emotions but hitting that bullseye. He's one of the reason that the Paris Olympics is becoming one of my favorites overall.
