WWE SD Women's Championship
The current WWE Smackdown Women's Champion aka Alexa Bliss(c) successfully retained her title against fan favorite Becky Lynch at the Royal Rumble. Lynch continued to be a thorn in the side of overconfident champion. Lynch asked for another match for the title at No Way Out but Bliss declined. Then Bliss changed her mind and said she could have another match on the condition that when she loses, Lynch must leave Smackdown and Lynch agreed.​

Dolph Ziggler VS Kalisto
A feud between Dolph Ziggler and Kalisto began in the Royal Rumble match as the latter eliminated the former. But then Ziggler would cause a distraction which would lead to Kalisto being thrown out of the match. Smackdown GM Daniel Bryan announced that the two men would settle the score at No Way Out. ​

Naomi VS Mickie James
On back to back episodes of Tuesday Night Smackdown the self proclaimed "Hardcore Country" Mickie James. Would take to the ring and bad mouth the other members of the Tuesday Night Smackdown Women's division. Which led to Naomi coming out and telling her to either put her money where mouth is or shut the hell up. From here Naomi went to SD GM Daniel Bryan and asked for a match against James at No Way Out and Bryan made it official.​

WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship
American Alpha aka the duo of Chad Gable and Jason Jordan aka the current reigning and defending WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions. Took to the squared circle on an episode of Tuesday Night Smackdown to issue a challenge for No Way Out. A tag team turmoil match for the gold which would be open to any team on the blue brand.​
