You really hate to see it lol, my owner is actually Greg Sluchinski, the Dave Meltzer of the Cverse lmao, he doesn't have any active roles and he doesn't make get his pop raise, so it's low key great.

I'm actually doing a modified RTG though where you also roll the random table on your character's birthday to make things slightly easier.

I've never done this I usually just pick a guy based on bio and sometimes they suck

My advice though if you're starting an RTG game outside of running cheap talent and a super cheap owner, is to run a bi-weekly show either for free or with very cheap tickets. You'll eat a big loss early on and you'll expect to lose money every month in your first year but you'll gain popularity extremely fast and it'll even out eventually to the point you can actually raise your ticket prices and not see a significant loss in attendance.

EDIT: And your company has a 3 year grace period to not go bankrupt

Yeah most people don't realize the 3 year change lol also it's not the end of the world to switch jobs either, I've grown to enjoy playing more as as a user character than a company in regular playthoughs, I like leaving companies in better places and watching them thrive after (or not and make me upset) as I work on other problems

Rn I'm gonna focus this run on turning MWCW into a Medium sized company before possibly moving on.

I never really look to move on, but when I get the notification that a job has opened up I just consider it. It's happened a few times where it's like right after I finish major projects in a company and I'm not sure where I wanna go next so I just leave lol
