I pulled my highest grade for a show yet. I would say a large amount of credit has to go to the RVD segments, and I might be reading into it a little too much, but it's pretty fitting that we'd get this score at the 2300 Arena, seeing as it's a wrestling hotbed.
One more week to go before Rebellion and still a good bit of stuff to iron out. Not looking like I'll be able to build too many of the matches as strongly as I tend to want to, but the matches I have in mind seem very likely to deliver nonetheless.
Go home show is in the books. You'll probably notice I had to squeeze in a lot of match announcements and finalizations this week. All good though, I think the card for Rebellion is taking a nice form. The one thing I'm not feeling great about at this point is the grade that Tessa vs. Jake Crist is gonna pull. I think it has to be the main event because it's the title match and the feud with the most history, but I expect it to pull a lower grade than three or four of the other matches I have in mind.
Only problem was a bitch ass Brian Cage decided to work for AJPW instead of working the PPV, so I moved Elgin vs. Cage to next week's Impact. Fortunately, I never officially announced Cage vs. Elgin for this PPV so that makes me feel a little bit better.
