You're just accepting Chris' claim with open arms? I really don't think a Killer Investigation is enough to pump the breaks. We already know that Blaine has a similar ability with his Time Machine and there's probably a Tracker/Watcher/Real Cop in this game as well. This feels weird that you're just willing to accept this as gospel.

It's a role that scum have to worry about so it seems fairly self-resolving. Not to mention I'm not reading Chris scum to begin with.
