Kate Connor tends to John's injuries and informs the others of his imminent death due to the damage suffered by his heart.

Believing that John deserved a second chance, Marcus tells Kate to take his heart and give it to John to save his life.

"I'm the only hope you have."

Marcus led a disreputable life of petty crime alongside Sam, his brother, who was accidentally killed during a botched car-jacking which also saw the deaths of two cops. Marcus was arrested, convicted and sentenced to death at the Longview State Correctional Facility. During his time on Death Row, Marcus was visited repeatedly by Dr. Serena Kogan, a cancer-stricken scientist who wished for him to sign over his body to her research project. He refused her request up until the day of his execution, upon which he agreed to sign it over in exchange for a final kiss.

You are an Independent Survivor.
You are a Town Martyr.
You will automatically be converted to town if martyred and will also flip as such upon death.

You have the following active abilities:

For surviving until halfway through this game, you may choose to give your heart to the Human Resistance at night.
Preventing all other kills that night from working. You will flip as town.

You win by surviving until any other faction in the game achieves their win condition.
You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

It is now Day 7. With 11 players it takes 6 to lynch. You have 24 hours.​

I was the vig, but would lose my role when I killed town, which Evans did before I repped in
