Joey Styles: “Welcome Ladies and Gentleman to Uproar!
*Crowd go nuts*
Joey Styles: “Last Monday Night we saw….”
(Highlights of Carnage placed on the tron)
Joey Styles: “And guess what folks, tonight we begin round 2 of this Championship Chase Tournament I can’t wait with our main event being CM Punk taking on Randy Orton it would definitely be a match you sure don’t want to miss.”
*William Regal’s music hits* He gets boo’d as he makes his way down to the ring holding his pinkie finger up.
*Carlito’s theme music goes off not long after and he gets a mixed reaction from the crowd as he makes his way down to the ring with the apple’*
Match – 1
William Regal vs. Carlito
Single’s contest.
*Bell rings*
As soon as the bell rings and the match begins Carlito walks up to William Regal and takes a big bite into the apple he then chews it for a few seconds and smiles as he is about to spit it in Regal’s face but Regal punches Carlito in the jaw making him go down to one knee and spit the apple out of his mouth onto the mat. Regal grabs Carlito by the head and picks him up to his feet before attacking him with hard clubbing blows rights and lefts into Carlito. Carlito then kicks him in the gut and begins to fight back with a few shots to Regal with some hard south paws; Carlito then grabs him and throws him into the ropes. On the rebound Carlito leans forward for a back body drop and William Regal puts the breaks on at the ropes and walks up to Carlito who was unaware and still waiting and leaning forward. Carlito got kneed in the upper mid section for his troubles and then brought down to one knee with a few hard clubbing shots to the back. William Regal as Carlito leant forward hit a side Russian leg sweep on him to put him back down on the mat. William Regal went for a pin fall as the referee made the count. 1….2 but Carlito had kicked out. William Regal afterwards stood up taking Carlito by his hair to his feet; Regal kicked him in the gut and then had locked up with him and had tried to send Carlito flying to the mat with a snap suplex but Carlito had put his leg around Regal’s leg and had blocked it. Carlito then had hit a few hard head butts before hitting Regal with a suplex of his own onto the canvas mat below.
Carlito afterwards runs at the ropes as William Regal was on one knee on the mat trying to pull him up, Carlito ran at the ropes and on the rebound dropkicked Regal in the chest putting him back down. William Regal after a few seconds gets dragged to the middle of the ring before being covered by Carlito for the pin fall but Regal had at the count of one turned Carlito over onto his back and began to pummel him with hard body and upper body shots sitting on him. Carlito had covered up before spitting in William Regal’s face, as Regal went back a few steps Carlito sprung up onto his feet ran at William Regal and knocked him down with a hard clothesline shot. He looked behind him as Regal began to slowly get up to his feet and he jumped onto the second rope and then as Regal stood up on his feet groggily Carlito spring boarded off of the second turnbuckle and went for a back elbow but William Regal had went down to the mat ducking underneath it and Carlito fell flat on his back in the middle of the ring as William Regal began to stomp on him and kick him while he is down. Carlito had rolled onto his stomach as William Regal had gone on him for his finisher the ‘regal stretch’ which is a modified STF submission hold. Regal grabbed onto Carlito’s leg as he was on the mat and just before he would get it locked in Carlito had the wherewithal to squirm franticly over to the ropes and hold onto them as Regal was forced to let go.
William Regal had stood up to his feet as the referee argued with him and forced him to let go of the STF hold and let Carlito out of the corner. When William Regal turned his attention back at the ropes where Carlito was groggy against, Carlito was now given time to regroup as Regal through a punch at him but Carlito rolled forward underneath it when Regal turned around he got a hard elbow to the jaw from Carlito as Carlito kicked him in the gut and ran at the ropes behind him only to get sent to the corner of the ring with a release over head body throw ‘like a t bone suplex’. William Regal then rolled Carlito onto his back and had in the middle of the ring applied and locked Carlito into the STF submission hold the regal stretch as it didn’t take long until Carlito began tapping out.
WINNER WILLIAM REGAL!
*After the matchup the camera goes backstage to the APA bar room office*
Faarooq and Bradshaw are as usual sitting at a table in the parking lot, dealing cards, smoking cigars and drinking.
Bradshaw: “Hey man, so who do you think will win on the next match?”
Faarooq: “I don’t know, who is in it?”
Bradshaw: “Apparently it’s Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro taking on Rob Van Dam and Sabu and the winner faces the tag team champions at the Pay Per View.”
Faarooq: “I bet my next round of beers on RVD and Sabu beating the shit out of MNM.”
Bradshaw: “Damn”
Joey Styles: “Damn is right….this matchup is coming right after a quick commercial break.”
After the commercial break MNM’s music hits and the red carpet is laid out for them as Jonny Nitro and Joey Mercury make their way down to the ring. RVD and Sabu follow not long after with their respective music going off as the crowd give them a standing ovation.
Joey Styles: “Both teams in this matchup have held a tag team gold before, MNM have held it in SWF a couple of months ago and RVD and Sabu have held the ECW tag team championships before.”
Match – 2
Tag Team Match
MNM ‘Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro’ vs. RVD and Sabu
‘Winners get a tag team title match at Turning Point’
*Bell rings*
Sabu and Johnny Nitro begin this matchup, they circle the ring a few times as Johnny Nitro and Sabu lock up in a collar elbow tie up in the center of the ring. Johnny Nitro hits a few European uppercuts on him before taking a step back and going for a jumping kick to the jaw on Sabu, a standing shining wizard like move. He goes for it but in mid jump Sabu ducks underneath it and then from behind Nitro he gets pushed at the ropes and on the rebound gets drop toe hold, tripped over flat face first onto the mat. As Nitro has his chest on the mat Sabu runs at the ropes and on the rebound drops an elbow on him, Sabu then stands up and goes for another one but this time Johnny Nitro proves he doesn’t fall for the same trick twice and moves out of the way as Sabu hit his elbow on the mat and stands up holding his elbow on pain. Nitro stands up and then runs at him only to get kicked in the gut and then Sabu gets a few hard punches on him but Nitro fights back with shots of his own with harder haymakers and he then throws him into the corner of the ring where his partner Joey Mercury is at. When Sabu hits his back against the turnbuckles Nitro gets a few body shots on him before tagging in his partner as Nitro went back to the ring apron. Joey Mercury grabbed hold of Sabu’s left arm and threw him right into the turnbuckles diagonally opposite over to the corner where RVD was standing at. Sabu put his hands out and stopped at the turnbuckles and as Joey Mercury was running at him he then hit a back elbow on him making him stand there groggily as Sabu ‘high fived’ his partner RVD into the matchup. RVD grabbed hold of the top rope and then leaped over Sabu and onto Joey Mercury’s shoulders and hit a few shots to the head of Mercury as he sat on his shoulders with one amazing jump. Mercury being near the corner of the ring grabbed onto the top rope but RVD leant forward and hit a hurricarana on Mercury sending him over the top rope and to the outside of the ring.
Joey Styles: “I can’t believe my eyes.”
RVD and Sabu stood there in the middle of the ring as they soaked in great crowd pops and reactions; Johnny Nitro went off of his ring apron over to the announce tables to help Joey Mercury out and Sabu the illegal man ran at the ropes to go and take them down but the referee went in his way and stopped him because he was the illegal man. RVD then ran up from behind Sabu and the referee jumped over them and suicide dived over the top rope and had taken down Johnny Nitro as the crowd began to chant ECW! ECW! ECW! RVD had then grabbed Joey Mercury by the head and had rolled him into the ring under the bottom rope as Sabu had gone to his respective ring apron. RVD then had gone for a quick pin fall cover on Joey Mercury hooking the leg closes to him as the referee went down to the mat to make the count. 1……2…. But amazingly he had kicked out literally with inches left to go before the three count was made. RVD left Joey Mercury on the canvas mat in the middle of the ring as he stood up and looked around at the crowd before running at the ropes and going for a rolling thunder. While on the rebound before actually rolling forward and beginning the process of the move, RVD sees Mercury roll forward and out of the way and RVD stands there and just runs at the ropes in front of him and then jumps at the second turnbuckle and springboards off of it hitting a back moon sault onto Mercury but Mercury had gotten his knees up and had hit RVD with them hard in the ribs. RVD is now rolling around the ring in a lot of pain as Mercury crawled over to his corner where at this time Johnny Nitro was on the apron only just as he was still feeling the effects of that suicidal dive done by Rob Van Dam. It takes a few moments but both men RVD and Mercury tag in each other’s respective partners into the match being Nitro and Sabu as these two run at each other.
Joey Styles: “Looks like we are back the way we started off in square – 1.”
Nitro runs at Sabu and goes for a clothesline to take him down in the middle of the ring, but Sabu ducks underneath it and when Nitro turns around Sabu runs at the ropes opposite him but Nitro grabs Sabu by the hair and yanks him down with hard whiplash thud on the mat as Sabu was taken down with authority. Johnny Nitro wants to prove his high flying skills and goes for a standing moon sault, Johnny Nitro turns around having his back to Sabu. As Nitro takes his sweet time to pull of the move Sabu stands up grabs Nitro by the tights and then rolls him up from behind but Johnny Nitro had kicked out just after the count of one. As Sabu and Nitro got to their feet at the same time Nitro had ran at Sabu and had hit a double dropkick into Sabu’s chest taking him down in the center of the ring. Nitro grabbed Sabu by the leg and dragged him over to his corner; Johnny Nitro holds Sabu by the legs as Mercury tags him in on the back. Mercury runs into the ring and then Nitro picks Sabu up to his feet and on his shoulders for him. Nitro carries him to the middle of the ring and goes for their tag team special finisher the ‘Snapshot’. Nitro holds Sabu in the middle of the ring on his shoulders as Mercury runs at the ropes for momentum but as he hits the ropes, he was near RVD and RVD had shown great flexibility by kicking him in the back of the head putting him down on one knee. Sabu grabbed Nitro by the head and then hit a swinging tornado DDT in the middle of the ring. Sabu had then ran at the ropes and hit a hard leg drop as the crowd began to go nuts and chants the name of R..V..D RVD was then tagged into the match, RVD went up to the top rope and hit an amazing five star frog splash on Johnny Nitro in the middle of the ring and after a tornado DDT and a leg drop by Sabu there was nothing anyone could do about it. RVD had gone for the pin fall and they had gotten the three count and the win.
WINNERS ROB VAN DAM AND SABU!
Joey Styles: “Beer Money Inc © vs. RVD and Sabu is confirmed in two weeks for the Turning Point pay per view event, Beer Money Inc better watch out.”
Joey Styles: “Breaking news, horrible news this just in I am getting word from backstage that AJ Styles has just been found attacked and knocked out in the hall way! We will update you more as we find out more information.”
*Camera cuts backstage*
The Camera man shows AJ Styles knocked out on his stomach lying down on the floor of the men’s bathroom as referee’s and officials tend to his need. Seconds later a stretcher turns up and they begin to pick him up and put him on it.
Joey Styles: “Who could have done such a thing? Who has heat with AJ Styles?”
Suddenly out of nowhere from the corner of the screen Chris Benoit turns up and finds AJ Styles like this, Chris Benoit has been on a roller coaster ride with AJ the past few months going from being his mentor and teacher to his opponent at Wrestle Fest because AJ thought he was good enough to beat him.
Benoit kneels down and sees AJ Styles like this and with a smile on his face he then asks who did this to him in a fit of rage.
Benoit: “Who did this to AJ?!”
Official: “We don’t know, we found him like this moments ago.”
Benoit stands up and begins to walk away backing away slowly.
As the camera moves back into the ring Mr. Kennedy is waiting in the ring with the microphone being lowered for him as the lights turn on him focusing on him standing there as he begins to speak.
Mr. Kennedy: “Ladies and Gentleman, please look at what happened one week ago.”
*Shown pictures of Tyson Tomko attacking him after his matchup with Christian Cage*
Mr. Kennedy: “That right there people is an act of assault and that was done behind my back after my match with Christian, Christian was scared that I would beat him so he had Tomko show up in the arena tonight that’s why he ran away after the match so fast he is scared of me.”
Joey Styles: “Oh that’s Bull; if he was watching the match closer he would have noticed that he was beaten before Tomko even did anything to him fair and square.”
Mr. Kennedy: “Being your hero being the man that I am…”
*Booo*
Mr. Kennedy: “Actually screw that I am not doing it for you guys, I am doing it for myself to get back at Christian and Tomko for that ambush they did to me last week”
*Crowd Heat*
Joey Styles: “You are not going to win the fans over like that.”
Mr. Kennedy: “Christian Cage, do you accept a grudge match with me two weeks from now at Turning Point? Christian you can bring Tomko along because I am here to prove a point that if it was a fair match I would have beaten both of you up and the next time we meet at Turning Point in your home town or Toronto Canada I will do just that………that is if you accept my challenge?”
Joey Styles: “Please for the love of ….. Please accept.”
After a few moments Christian smiles as he is on the tron and Mr. Kennedy stares at him from the ring.
Christian Cage: “You’re challenge is accepted, at turning point it will be me kicking your ass all over Canada. And if you don’t know, now you know”
Joey Styles: “I can’t wait for their face off in two weeks.”
Commercial break.
When the commercial break is over and the production begins again, the ring is filled up with Shelton Benjamin and Dave Batista for their second round tournament matchup.
Match – 3
Tournament Match Second Round
Shelton Benjamin vs. Dave Batista
*Bell Rings*
Shelton Benjamin runs at Big Dave Batista who runs at Benjamin; each man wants to starts this match off with an advantage and be in charge of the early going. Batista goes for a clothesline but Shelton Benjamin ducks underneath it and keeps running at the ropes behind Batista. When Batista turns around he gets taken down with a high impact spinning wheel kick taking the big man down in the middle of the ring with a great crowd reaction. Shelton Benjamin jumps right on him for a pin fall cover but Batista had powered out of it throwing Benjamin to the other end of the ring. As Batista staggered up to his feet, Shelton Benjamin had gotten up to his feet at about the same time and Batista had ran at him as Benjamin stood in the corner of the ring. Benjamin was squashed in the corner and shoulder blocked in the corner multiple times in success. Batista went for a forth one taking a few steps back and then a run up at Benjamin who was apparently playing possum and had kicked Batista in the shoulder stopping him right in his tracks before booting him in the face taking him down to one knee. Shelton Benjamin ran at the ropes in the direction of Batista and as Batista stood there groggily Shelton went for a high impact move but had been caught and then slammed down to the ring with a hard spine buster. Batista covers his opponent Shelton Benjamin for a quick pin fall cover hooking the outside leg for the pin as the referee went down to the mat to make the count. 1……2 but just as the count of two was made Shelton Benjamin did kick out and Batista was not happy. Batista stood up on his feet; he picked Benjamin up by the head and then kicked him in the gut before grabbing him and lifting him up for a bear hug submission hold. Benjamin is in a lot of pain as Batista holds him in the middle of the ring applying more and more pressure onto the lower back of Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin after a couple of moments tries to fight back with a few hard shots to the face but it doesn’t do anything. Shelton Benjamin slowly slowly manages to put his arms underneath the arms of Batista and shows his great countering and reversal skills and sends Batista flying with a thunderous belly to belly back suplex in the middle of the ring. Shelton Benjamin goes crashing down to the mat as his back gave way and that took a whole lot out of him to hit that move on Batista. It took to the referee’s ten count to make it to six before Shelton Benjamin had gotten to the ropes and attempted to pull himself and hoist himself up to his feet. By this time Batista was only in the ‘pushup’ position and Benjamin slowly and cautiously holding his lower back walked up to him before grabbing him by the neck and head area and pulling him up to a vertical base.
Batista had then blocked Benjamin’s arms pushing them away and then began to throw some deadly hard rights of his own brawling with Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin ducks underneath one of them and ends up behind Batista and as Batista turned around he was send down to the mat with a hard arm drag. Shelton Benjamin still holding the arm of Batista pulled him up to his feet and then had thrown him at the ropes with the arm but on the rebound with momentum Batista had hit a thunderous clothesline which almost took Benjamin’s head off making him do a 360’ in the air. Batista had gone for another pin fall hooking neither leg just covering him normally this time as the referee once again made the count. 1…….2…. but in the last moment Shelton Benjamin had kicked out. Batista had then in rage taken Benjamin up to his feet and then shoved him in between his legs and had gone for a devastating earth shattering Batista Bomb. He lifted him up on his shoulders but then Shelton Benjamin had began to fight back with all he was worth as he knew what was coming next. Shelton Benjamin began to pull out all the stops punching Batista in the top of his head making him wobble back a couple of steps. Shelton Benjamin had then made Batista lean back groggily against the ropes as Shelton Benjamin went over the top rope and to the outside taking both men over and out.
Shelton Benjamin and Batista are both respectively down near the ring and crowd barricade, the referee had then began to count each man out with the ten count. Batista was the first man up to his feet using the aid of the ring barricade to pull himself up to a vertical base at around the count of five as he went up to Shelton Benjamin who was still feeling the effects of crashing on the outside area and had lifted Benjamin up to his feet. Batista had grabbed hold of Benjamin and then had rolled him into the ring before going in there himself moments afterwards. Batista had instantly lifted him up to his feet and had thrown him at the ropes he had then leant forward on the rebound as Benjamin put the brakes on and then had ran at Batista leaped over him and ran at the ropes behind him and had gone for a flying cross body. Only to get caught in mid air by Batista in a fall away slam position as Batista held him there for a few seconds savoring this moment. Shelton Benjamin had then changed positions on Batista’s body grabbed hold of his head and had then hit a DDT in the center of the ring. Shelton Benjamin got a good crowd reaction as he stood up and picked Batista the monster up to his feet slowly and carefully as he isn’t easy to lift up. Shelton Benjamin had kicked in him in the gut and had gone for a suplex in the middle of the ring and then Batista had countered it and had thrown Benjamin over his shoulders for a suplex but Benjamin had landed on his feet behind Batista still holding his head and then had dropped Batista to the mat with a neck breaker.
Shelton Benjamin had covered his opponent for the pin fall but had only gotten a two count for his troubles. Shelton Benjamin had decided that he wanted to put Batista away once and for all; he had then grabbed Batista by the head slowly lifted him up to his feet and had thrown him at the ropes but Batista uses his strength and weight advantage to stop and reverse it throwing Benjamin at the ropes. On the rebound Batista goes for a right hand soccer punch but Benjamin ducks underneath it grabs hold of Batista and swings him around and slams him down to the mat with a T – Bone suplex his finisher maneuver. Shelton Benjamin rolls him up for the pin fall; 1…….2…..3!!!
WINNER SHELTON BENJAMIN!
As Benjamin’s hand is being raised and Batista leaves the ring Ted Dibiase out of nowhere runs in through the crowd and with the briefcase knocks Shelton Benjamin in the back with it. Shelton Benjamin is on the mat as Dibiase stands on top of him with triumph.
*Backstage in the General Manager’s office*
Chris Benoit walks in.
Chris Benoit: “You wanted to see me?”
Mr. Colony: “Yes now we all know what happened with AJ Styles earler tonight and as the owner of this brand it is my job to be in charge and make sure that everyone is healthy now I want to fnd out who did it.”
Chris Benoit: “Let me guess you want me to do that?”
Mr. Colony: “Well during the past matches I got one of the security guards to help me find out who it was and I have something to ask you Chris; did you do it?”
Chris Benoit: “Me, what no…..never”
Mr. Colony: “Then good, then you won’t have a problem watching the security tape with me then would you?”
Chris Benoit: “No why would I?”
Mr. Colony plays the tape and it shows AJ walking around backstage and Chris Benoit coming up from behind and hitting him in the back with a steel chair and then stomping on him before running away and fleeing from the scene.
Chris Benoit has a smirk on his face.
Mr. Colony: “What do you have to say for yourself now?”
Chris Benoit: “I had to teach AJ Styles a lesson”
Joey Styles: “What?”
Chris Benoit: “You see week after week after week AJ Styles runs around here like he is the top dog but he still has a lot to learn and I am testing him and let’s see what he does about it next week.”
Chris Benoit walks out.
After the commercial break the Big Show’s music hits and makes his way down to the ring.
Big Show gets into the ring with a home town jobber and the bell rings and the match begins.
Match – 4
Big Show vs. Home Town Kid ‘Frank Stevens’
*Bell rings*
As soon as the bell rings the big show stands there with his hands folded as Frank Stevens runs at him only to get big booted down. Big Show picks him up like a toy a rag doll and then throws him into the corner with his back crashing against the turnbuckles. Big Show begins to pummel him with hard body shots left and right before Frank Stevens falls down to the mat. Frank gets picked up and placed carefully into the corner once more as he then gets held there as Big Show whispers everyone to be quiet as he hits him in the chest with a thunderous slap which can be heard even in the back it’s like getting hit with a frying pan. Big Show then puts him up on the top rope sitting there and Big Show puts his hand in his throat and takes him down to the mat in the middle of the ring with a giant Choke Slam. Show stands on him for the pin fall as this one is over in a hurry.
WINNER BIG SHOW!
Joey Styles: “How fair is that, the kid didn’t even stand a chance?”
Show grabs the microphone and begins to speak.
Show: “I need better competition put me in the main event of Turning Point against Samoa Joe!”
There is a slight pause as nobody answers him until Abyss is shown on the screen just like he was last week rocking back and forth with his head in his knees whispering Show’s name. Show then flees from the ring over the top rope and to the outside of the ring and then out through the crowd as he gets lots of boos.
Joey Styles: “Looks to me as if he is scared of Abyss being his competition.”
Commercial Break.
As we return from a break, Styles is standing in the ring for a huge announcement regarding the main event matchup.
Joey Styles: “Coming back from out last commercial break of the night I had just been informed by the GM and told to let everyone know that the referee for the following match will be Samoa Joe!
Crowd go wild.
Styles goes back to the announcers tables.
“Samoa Joe’s music hits and the crowd go nuts” Samoa Joe makes his way down to the ring with the referee’s jersey on.
“Randy Orton’s music hits and the crowd give him lots of heat as he walks down to the ring.” Followed by the music of “CM Punk as he gets a standing ovation.”
Main Event
Randy Orton vs. CM Punk
‘Samoa Joe is the special guest referee’
*Bell rings*
CM Punk and Randy Orton stand in opposite corners as Samoa Joe calls for the bell to ring and the match to begin as both men both competitors Randy Orton and CM Punk look at Joe for a few seconds before Orton ran at Punk trying to get early momentum into this match which has so much riding on it. Though Punk gets caught off guard and squashed in the corner against the turnbuckles as Orton pummels him with hard shots from all directions. Samoa Joe says it is enough and stands near Orton in the corner and begins his five count on him. 1……2…..3….4…. Samoa Joe stops it and get in between both men being Punk and Orton and pushes Orton back and tells him to back off and says that he is the law in this matchup. Randy Orton pushes Samoa Joe back, but Joe ducks underneath it and Punk from behind Joe hits Orton in the jaw with a hard blow. CM Punk then ran at Randy Orton and took him down with a hard clothesline shot.
Joey Styles: “This referee won’t stand for any nonsense.”
CM Punk begins to stomp away at Randy Orton before picking him up and throwing him hard at the ropes. On the rebound CM Punk gets shoulder blocked back down as Randy Orton kept running at the opposite ropes and on the rebound CM Punk laid down on the mat ready to pounce’. Randy Orton jumped over him and kept running CM Punk then jumped up onto his feet and went for a standing dropkick but Randy Orton had outsmarted him and held onto the ropes on the second rebound putting the brakes on. Randy Orton had CM Punk momentarily on his back as Randy Orton began to stomp him around in all corners of his body without leaving one part untouched. CM Punk had then gotten lifted up to his feet as Randy Orton kicked him square in the gut and then had walked a few steps backwards leaning against the ropes and as CM Punk leant forward he was going for a boot to the jaw. He ran at him from the ropes but CM Punk moved his head out of the way just in the nick’ of time and then as Randy Orton had turned around CM Punk had kicked him in the gut and had a snap suplex in the middle of the ring putting Randy Orton back on the canvas. CM Punk then grabbed Randy Orton by the head and pulled him up to his feet but Orton was playing possum and had raked the eyes of CM Punk and had then kicked him in the gut before hitting a few hard uppercut shots to him in the center of the ring.
Randy Orton then hits a few clubs to the lower back of CM Punk and then a scoop slam on him putting him on the mat, Randy Orton had CM Punk sitting on the mat as he then went up from behind him and grabbed his head and put him tight in a head lock as CM Punk was moving franticly in all directions trying to get out of it. CM Punk had then ran at the ropes and fell down making Randy Orton hit his head on the second turnbuckle and let go. CM Punk had then had Randy Orton on the mat in the corner of the ring as CM Punk left the ring and onto the ring apron. The crowd went nuts as they knew what was coming next. CM Punk had grabbed hold of the top rope and had leaped up as Randy Orton was getting back up to his feet and CM Punk from the top rope went coast to coast’ and took Randy Orton down with a giant clothesline. Randy Orton with the momentum going had gotten groggily up to his feet straight away and from that blow came many more as CM Punk began to take it to Randy Orton with hard martial arts left and right kicks in the gut and upper chest area in the middle of the ring before bringing him down to one knee and then throwing him at the turnbuckles, as Randy Orton made contact with the turnbuckles CM Punk ran at him going for a high knee lift to jaw one of his patented maneuvers but Randy Orton had ducked underneath it and CM Punk had turned around in the corner and began to get attacked and brawled at in the corner of the ring.
Randy Orton had then thrown him hard irish whipping him in the opposite turnbuckles and as CM Punk moves forward holding his lower back Randy Orton ran at him and had gone for a clothesline to take him down but CM Punk had ducked underneath it and had thrown some more punches and kicks at him before hitting a DDT in the middle of the ring on a groggy Randy Orton and then going for another try at a pin fall. CM Punk went for a pin fall cover; Samoa Joe had made the count. 1….2… But Randy Orton had kicked out afterwards. CM Punk had then ran at the ropes as he saw Orton was beginning to get up to his feet. CM Punk had on the rebound gone for a leg drop. On the rebound Randy Orton had moved his head out of the way just in time, CM Punk had landed with his ass on the mat in a lot of pain as he sat there for a few seconds. Randy Orton rolled to the other end of the ring and sat in the push up position punching the ring and like a snake’ waiting for CM Punk to get to his feet and hit him with a devastating RKO finisher maneuver. When CM Punk had groggily moved up to his feet and turned around Randy Orton had pounced’ on him and had jumped on him grabbing his head going for the move only to be pushed forward and when he turned around he was kicked in the jaw and then hit with a few hard shots and punches profusely. Randy Orton now back in the middle of the ring after getting punched back a few steps by Punk, Orton had then ducked underneath one of the hard shots by Punk ended up behind him and grabbed onto Punk’s head he then slammed his head down with a modified neck breaker like move putting CM Punk on the mat. Randy Orton goes for a pin fall and calls for Samoa Joe to make the count; Samoa Joe reluctantly does so only after taking a breather a few seconds and wastes time. 1…..2 but CM Punk had kicked out and the crowd had gone nuts. Randy Orton had felt he was cheated out of a victory and had stood up having his back turned to CM Punk and had backed Samoa Joe into the corner against the turnbuckles and shoved his fist in his face and showed total disrespect to the referee and official in this matchup.
Joey Styles: “He shouldn’t do that, if he wants to win this match and face Joe he shouldn’t get on his bad side.”
CM Punk behind Randy Orton had went down onto his knees and right behind Orton, Samoa Joe smirked and pushed Randy Orton back with a hard punch and Randy Orton fell back onto the mat being tripped over by Punk in a school fashion as Punk grabbed both the legs of Randy Orton and had rolled him up for the pin fall putting his feet on the ropes blatantly in front of the referee Samoa Joe. But Samoa Joe looks at them as he went down to make the count. 1……2…………….3! After a delayed three count CM Punk had stolen one with the help of Samoa Joe as CM Punk had his foot on the second rope for leverage. Either way the crowd showed their love for this.
Joey Styles: “That’s what you get for having in in-partial referee in the mix and getting on his bad side.”
WINNER CM PUNK!
Randy Orton slides out of the ring and really pissed off as CM Punk and Samoa Joe raise each other’s hand in victory in the middle of the ring. Suddenly moments later Randy Orton from behind had gotten a steel chair and had hit Samoa Joe in the back with it putting him out on the mat. CM Punk had then turned around only to get low blowed hard and taken down himself as the crowd gave him big heat. Randy Orton stood on top of Samoa Joe and CM Punk at the closing points of this show.
Joey Styles: “And we will see you at carnage on Monday, good night folks.”
