Not if you don't utilize said experience. If he's going to slack off in WWE after working hard in the independent scene he simply doesn't deserve to be there. If you were in his spot wouldn't you try a little harder? I know I would. I'm not asking for him to be great, just good. Right now, he just comes across as lazy. If someone works hard at their job, gets promoted, and then does nothing of worth, they deserve to be either demoted or fired. This ain't rocket science.

Though both sides of this is fairly subjective, considering the fact he's been heavily featured in a highly praised stable for over a year I don't really consider him slacking off. If he was slacking off, I'm sure the stable would be in a much different position by now and not in most RAW and Smackdown Main Events versing the likes of Daniel Bryan, CM Punk and John Cena whilst working in-kayfabe for Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Personally, I think you just don't like his style of wrestling and liken the reason to it for slacking off. He has a much slower and methodical pace to the other two members of The Shield, so I guess in comparison a lot could find it fairly boring. But I wouldn't particularly say he's slacking off, though.
