It's really sad, it's a huge unfortunate situation that's developed in her life.

As someone who has been in a car accident getting hit by someone driving under the influence, this is a really touchy subject for me. It's something I've always been cautious of if I plan on going out drinking. I know what it's like on the other side and it's not fun because of someone's careless actions.

I really hope this is the wake-up call she needs. But I'm glad she got what she got. Her celebrity status shouldn't be a factor in this sentencing and innocent people on the road are safer with the result.

They throw people in jail for 20 years for tax evasion but only 17 for getting 10 DUIS and killing someone. Uncle Sam’s money is more important that someone’s life.

My Dad was the same way till he was put in Prison for 4 Months having 2 DUIS in a Year and it woke him up really fast. I remember telling him before it happened a few Months prior if you keep coming home 2 or 3 in the Morning from the Bar you're going to get caught and of course he didn't listen but I'm happy to see that he doesn't drink at all these days and has gone more towards being involved with Church and helping people in need. He's still an asshole though to work for

I hope Tammy has that moment and Years from now she's ready to take on the World and not be in these type of situations ever again.

The United States Justice System has always been messed up.

At least in that note, she is serving a long time in jail and has years probation after her served. I do wish she spent the rest of her life in prison but this is where e are at right now.
