Could it be bc it was already dubbed when these events were released on DVD so they just uploaded that version to the Network?

I was just thinking that had to be it. A lot these PPVs were already made for their 24/7 channel, but most of the Raws and SDs were done specially for the Netowrk.

I just know when the Network first started a lot of the shows were obviously DVD or VHS rips, especially WCWs before a lot were basically remastered, so that might be the case for this era for sure

Some of the SDs are VHS rips too. It's funny when you spot fuzz and weird coloring on them.
