It's based on the worker's personality and a bit of randomness if the result is positive or negative I believe. The risk vs reward is not there for me though bc most injuries don't last that long lol just give em a week off. If it's any longer then they can't work anyway with or without pills

I haVE a large enough roster in 2001 WCW/WWF I can jsut let a guy off a week if he needs it for sure.
