I really don't think you can overstate how over Luger is right now and 1998. Crowds were so behind Luger, he was starting to get bigger pops than Sting and DDP and Hogan called an audible and used his creative control clause in a rare chance where he asked to put Luger over on the 100th Nitro to pop the crowd.

I like the torture rack submission even if it looks weird

Imagine Hogan choosing on his own to put Luger over because it did not come from creative. And it a chance to hurt the Sting match, but Hogan believed it was the right call to let Luger win the title (for that week).

And it's the only Uncensored I don't think is dumb af with the gimmicks tbh, I quite like the main event concept
